Dear Customer,
It has been a very unusual and unpredictable year so far. The global business environment has been extraordinary and political uncertainty has added to the unpredictability.
Even the weather has been out of the ordinary. A year ago it was very dry here in Sweden. Then we had so much rain that all our water reservoirs filled up much faster than the experts had predicted. Now, at the time of writing, we have returned to unusually dry conditions with no rain in sight.
As always, we depend on each other and I can assure you that we are doing our utmost to fulfil our commitments to you.
I do hope that the autumn will bring a little bit more predictability for all of us. Until then, I would like to wish you a good summer. Who knows; I may even have to do a little rain dance at this rate - that would be another unexpected event!
