It’s now easier than ever to access Quality Data services and we’ve upgraded the system to ensure that what you receive fits your needs. Set your own quality parameters and choose whether to get a notification upon signing your invoice or as soon as your shipment leaves our mill. Log in to MyPulp+ and create your personalised subscription service. It only takes a few minutes.
Customer IT Manager, Daniela Barsch, says the new system should make life much easier when it comes to accessing relevant Quality Data. “Our old service was set up by the Technical Product Managers some years ago but now customers can create their own subscription ensuring they get only the information they want. We’ve suggested a template of the most common parameters, but it’s easy to add and remove options.
“In addition, all customers will automatically receive the annual sustainability data rather than needing to request it, but again, it’s easy to unsubscribe if you would rather opt out. It’s all to make doing business with us as simple and transparent as possible. As always, we welcome feedback on any aspect of MyPulp+ and any ideas of how we could improve our service offering.”
