Life made easier: MyPulp+ coming soon
You may notice some subtle but important changes to our suite of online services over the coming months. The Pulp+ portal, renamed MyPulp+, will have a new look and feel, with just one aim in mind – to make your life easier, as Sales Director Thomas Bichler explains.
“Feedback from our customer surveys indicated that customers recognised the importance of digitalisation within the supply chain and wanted to see more supply-chain related services, but these had to be easy to access and use.
“We are all short of time and we all value a digital experience which makes life easier. That’s precisely why Amazon is so successful, for example: they understand the consumer experience. We knew that we had a unique offering with PulpServices Online and later Pulp+, but we had not quite achieved the ease of use that we wanted.
“MyPulp+ is a big step forward. It will be easy to use and offer some important new features which will allow organizations to tailor the system to their needs, hence the slight name change. In addition to ease of use, we’re also improving the reliability and scope of our data yet further, and the degree to which it can be customised. Soon you will be able to choose who accesses what – maybe only mill personnel will log into quality data and the Accounts department will be the only ones to access invoicing information, for example. There will be a wealth of information to access in a few clicks, from sustainability and quality data, to order tracking, certified volumes, invoices and more”, says Daniela Barsch, Customer IT Manager.
