Södra raises price of NBSK to $1,170/tonne
Södra Cell is increasing the price of its northern bleached softwood kraft (NBSK) pulp in Europe to $1,170/tonne, effective 1 April.
“We continue to see very strong global demand while supply remains tight,” commented Magnus Björkman, VP Marketing and Sales Södra Cell. “This latest increase is a reflection of the on-going imbalance in the global market.”
