Södra raises NBSK price in Europe to $910/tonne

Södra has informed its customers that the price of its NBSK pulp in Europe is now $910/tonne, effective 1 June.

“The global pulp market is showing no sign of easing, and the upward momentum on prices is continuing. Demand from European customers is very keen, with several seeking to place orders in addition to their contracted volumes. However, with no surplus to spare, regrettably Södra is unable to meet these requests,” explained Magnus Björkman, VP Marketing and Sales, Södra Cell.
