Södra Cell strengthens team with two major moves

Having spent five years with Södra as Technical Product Manager, Jens returns with a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives from the packaging sector especially (see his snapshot).

“To sell pulp, you need to understand it,” he says. “One of my aims is to see closer integration of the work our Technical Product Managers do with the Sales team and greater collaboration with Innovation. We have opportunities for further differentiation and hopefully my technical knowledge will help achieve this, but it’s one big team.”

Part of that teamwork will be close coordination with his predecessor, Benjamin Brück, who will look at wider opportunities for Södra Cell’s development and improvement, both internal and external, liaising across all aspects of Södra Cell’s offering from Sales and Logistics to Innovation and Customer Experience.

“Having the chance to look at the bigger picture is an exciting opportunity,” Benjamin comments. “I will be looking for ways to optimise everything we do and improve cross-functional communication and cooperation. We all want the same thing after all, which is to be the customer’s supplier of choice.”
