The Take Care programme is our delivery guarantee, laying out strict guidelines and expectations for everyone involved in handling our pulp along the supply chain. It ensures that we take care of our pulp shipments every step of the way, from our mill gate to yours.
We use several port terminals throughout Europe to ship our pulp around the world. We are constantly reviewing our transport policy and discussing with our partners how to provide the most efficient service for customers, wherever they are and however big or small the order.
The majority of our products are delivered to three regions: USA, Southeast Asia and China.
