MyPulp+ - At your service
With roll-out of the new MyPulp+ platform complete, feedback so far would indicate it’s doing what we wanted – making your lives easier.
We are constantly looking at ways to improve MyPulp+, the online suite of services exclusively for customers. If you haven’t signed up yet, there’s a wealth of data and services just a click away. No need to wait for a reply from our Sales team if you have a query regarding quality data: Track each order by unit or invoice within minutes, or use your own PO number/customer reference number, and download any sustainability and/or quality data you need for your own records or external audits.
Daniela Barsch, Customer IT Manager, is currently working on the next additions: “We plan to integrate SMI functions into MyPulp+, as well as Quality Data and Sustainability Subscriptions. Trials will be happening this month with a view to rolling out the expanded service to all within a few months.”
And there’s more, as Eva Thuresson, Sustainability Information Manager, explains: “We’ll also be adding a Water Inventory tab to complement our environmental data, origin of wood, carbon footprint and certified volumes, with information on our water use which will help you calculate your own water footprint.”
