Something to tell us?
Every two years we conduct a survey of selected customers from both Cell and Bioproducts so we can ask for feedback on how we are doing and how they see their future needs developing. We ask a sample of our customers to take part and this year’s survey is now in progress. Those invited will have received their invitation. If you haven’t heard from us but would still like to make your views known, whether in general or on a particular aspect of our service, we would love to hear from you.
Hannah Stenberg, Customer Experience Manager, coordinates the survey with our external market research specialist, Opticom. “Our customer survey is an essential tool to deepen our understanding of our customers’ needs, now and in the future, with the aim to optimize our services and business offering. We are always keen to hear direct from customers what we are doing well and what we could improve for the future, so we welcome everyone who would like to share feedback with us.
