Isabella Wärvik new HR Director at Södra
Isabella Wärvik has been recruited as Södra’s new HR Director. She has extensive experience of HR and her most recent role was HR Director for Ballingslöv.
The core of Södra’s strategy is to improve owner value, and both employees and the organisation play a key role in this process. In this, culture and values, as well as learning and changes, are Södra’s selected focus areas moving forward. Isabella Wärvik has been recruited as HR Director with this in mind.
Isabella Wärvik has an HR degree, specialised in organisational psychology, and has held several HR positions. She was most recently employed as HR Director for Ballingslöv and prior to that, held a similar position at HKScan.
“Isabella is a driven leader with a background in industry and cooperative companies. Her commitment and ability to develop culture, organisation and leadership will be an important contribution to Södra’s journey ahead. I am delighted that Isabella has joined us,” said Södra’s President Lotta Lyrå.

Isabella Wärvik took up her position on 10 January 2022 and is a member of Södra’s Group Senior Management.
“Södra is an association with its feet on the ground and eyes on the future. That is very close to my own values and I am delighted to now be part of Södra’s ambitious HR work. I am motivated by helping people reach their full potential by creating the right conditions, providing the scope to use both head and heart. I am looking forward to making this contribution to Södra,” she said.
