European Commission closes competition law investigation

In the autumn 2021, the European Commission initiated an investigation involving a number of pulp manufacturers in several European countries, including Södra. The European Commission has on 15 June 2023, after assessing all the evidence collected, decided to close the investigation without taking any measures.

Södra has cooperated fully with the European Commission to achieve a smooth process during the course of the investigation.
