Sales Manager Industrial, Scandinavia, Germany, Eastern Europe
For more than two decades, GLF and Södra have worked together to ensure a stable supply of certified raw materials. Shared values around quality, sustainability and long-term thinking have formed the foundation of a partnership that continues to evolve.

GLF's history dates back to 1941, when the company was founded to manufacture vegetable boxes.
Over time, the business developed, and today GLF produces pallets, boxes and other wood-based packaging solutions. To meet customer demands, a consistent and reliable supply of high-quality raw materials is essential.
Certified raw materials with full traceability
For GLF, it is important that the raw material comes from certified forestry. Through Södra's family forestry model and established traceability systems, the timber can be tracked throughout the entire value chain. For GLF, this provides confidence in both the origin of the raw material and the way it has been produced.
Market conditions are constantly changing, and customer demand fluctuates over time. When GLF increases production, it needs a supplier that can meet growing demand.
When the market slows down, the same level of understanding is required in the opposite direction. The close dialogue between GLF and Södra creates the conditions for long-term planning and reliable deliveries.
After more than 20 years of collaboration, GLF describes its relationship with Södra as a partnership. Through the combination of certified raw materials, traceability, a strong focus on quality and close customer dialogue, the collaboration has developed into something that creates value for both companies and for customers further along the value chain.
