About the project
The facade is clad with fire-retardant, pigmented red cedar shingles, as well as fire-retardant and thermally modified pine panels. Internally, Frontwood solid wood panels are used to enhance window reveals and selected wall sections, creating a warm, natural and welcoming atmosphere for residents.
“It is very rewarding to have delivered three different variants of our products to the same project. It represents an excellent combination of materials and treatments with a distinctive expression. It is also gratifying to see that the installation has been carried out with both care and precision, resulting in a very fine outcome,” says Thomas Hallbing, sales representative at Södra.
The housing was completed and ready for occupancy at the end of 2025. Construction was carried out by GBJ Bygg, and the delivery was made via Beijer Bygg’s branch in Borgholm.
