Our Recruitment Process
Tests as the first Selection Step
If your profile matches the requirements, we will contact you by email and send a problem-solving test and a personality test. You will receive digital feedback on your results.
Interview
Based on your test results, you may be invited to a phone interview with a recruiter, followed by a video interview and finally an on-site interview at the business unit.
Feedback
Once the selection process is complete, the hiring manager decides who will be offered the position. We strive to provide feedback as soon as we know the next steps in the process.
