Just like Södra's other production processes, OnceMore® is an efficient, industrial-scale process that uses renewable wood from sustainable forestry. The development of OnceMore® is also one of our top priorities for the coming years.
Instead of contributing to landfills, our network of companies supply us with their blended-fiber textile waste. Collaboration is the key!
The textile waste is processed and combined with renewable wood from responsibly managed forests. The process turns waste to high quality material.
What was once waste becomes new products made from OnceMore® material. The products reduce waste by being either recyclable or biodegradable.

Södra has joined the Circular Textiles Foundation (CTF) to support OnceMore® from Södra, the world’s first large-scale process for recycling blended fabrics. The CTF guides brands to ensure that their clothing and textiles are designed with recyclability in mind and have an end-of-life solution with fibre recyclers.
