About the project
The sustainability goals are ambitious and have resulted in a reduction in climate impact of approximately 70 percent for the major building components compared to a newly built and comparable preschool in Gothenburg.
CLT from Södra was chose as part of the structure, locally produced in Värö with raw materials from Swedish forests.

A wise choice from family forestry
We offer processed elements in cross-laminated timber (CLT) for structural construction. Building with CLT results in lower climate impact compared to fossil-based construction materials, as it consists of a renewable resource and stores carbon dioxide.
