Lay the foundation for your career
During the program, you’ll work on strategic projects in areas such as forestry, production, innovation, IT, and member services. You’ll become part of a learning organization where people and culture are at the center. Through mutual mentorship with experienced leaders, you’ll receive support in your development while contributing new perspectives.
The program runs for 12 months and is divided into three parts: Lead myself & get to know Södra, lead others & understand Södra and lead development & define my role.
