Södra scores gold in CSR assessment
French company Eco Vadis, which conducts holistic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) ratings of companies, has assessed and awarded Södra a top score in the packaging, pulp and paper sector. “This is further confirmation of our strong corporate social responsibility and a stamp of quality for our customers,” said Maria Baldin, Director of Communications and Sustainability.
The average score in the assessments is 46 of a possible 100, and with an overall score of 73, Södra received a gold medal for the second consecutive year.
“Certifications are proof that we work systematically and meet various requirements and standards. We have already reached a top level and are very happy about that, but we are aiming even higher. As always, the goal is to create as much added value as possible for our customers and for society,” said Maria Baldin.
