Proud Södra at Pride festival in Växjö
About 25 employees from Södra took part in the Pride parade in Växjö on Saturday, 12 May, under Södra’s banner “Come out in the forest!”.
This was the second year Södra took part in the Pride festival and marched in the Pride parade in Växjö under its own banner.
“This is a way for us to show that we are committed to the equal rights of everyone to freedom and love, and have zero tolerance for victimisation. Diversity is a prioritised issue for our business. A company’s combined pool of expertise is strengthened if we do not put up barriers that restrict where we seek qualified personnel,” said Christer Thörn, HR Director at Södra.
