Södra announces price rise for NBSK in Europe
Södra Cell is increasing the price of its northern bleached softwood kraft pulp in Europe to $960/tonne, effective 1 October 2017.
“This increase reflects the fact that global NBSK demand continues to be very strong,” commented Magnus Björkman, VP Marketing and sales Södra Cell, “consequently, this is also putting further pressure on European supply. The economic situation in Europe is sound and our market remains firm.”
