Södra Wood Kinda

Södra Wood Kinda supplies high-quality wood products to the Swedish construction market. The facility has a bandsaw line that ensures top quality and efficient material utilization. We focus on refinement through planing and sorting lines and can tailor products to customer-specific requirements such as precision cutting, splitting, and painting. We have our own boiler, which supplies energy for drying processes and delivers surplus heat to the district heating network serving the town of Kisa. Planer shavings are used as animal bedding, and by-products from the bedding production are turned into heat logs. Our main product is structural timber for the building materials trade, but we also produce strength-graded studs, tongue and groove boards, packaging timber, and exterior cladding. The facility also supplies district heating to Kinda Municipality and manufactures briquettes and baled planer shavings.
