By recruiting and developing the right employees, we are ensuring job satisfaction and competencies. Everyone should feel they can develop here. Our target is that 85 percent of our employees would recommend Södra as an employer by 2020. By the same year, 30 percent of our employees will be women.
The focus of our OHS procedures is preventive measures. These include training courses, risk analyses and behaviour-based safety processes. We have a zero-accident vision and a target that the lost-time accident rate (LTAR) will decline by 15 percent by 2020.
