Systematic productivity work

In the first step, areas for improvement efforts are chosen. The areas with the greatest challenges are prioritised and objectives for the improvements are set up. In the second step, the current situation of the chosen area is surveyed and the basic problem and its root causes are identified. The third step involves creativity where several employees jointly present ideas on how the problem can be resolved. In the fourth step, the various improvement proposals are evaluated and those with the greatest potential are prioritised. The fifth step involves implementing the prioritised proposals, and in the sixth, follow-up is performed to determine whether the set goals were achieved. The results are then distributed to other involved employees in the organisation.
