Södra's operating profit for 2011 fell by SEK 1,266 million to SEK 1,005 million compared with 2010. Net sales fell by SEK 1,536 million to SEK 18,191 million, primarily as a consequence of the economic downturn and weak markets over the second six months of the year, in combination with a strengthening of the Swedish krona.
