No man is an island. Impulses from the outside world give rise to new ideas and innovations. Our awareness of this at Södra Cell is the reason for our collaboration with a number of external universities, high schools and research institutes.
We participate in a number of industry-wide projects at many different universities and research institutes, and have established closer collaboration with Chalmers University of Technology, the Swedish forest industry’s technical research institute STFI, Norway’s Paper and Fibre Research Institure (PFI), Karlstad University and the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH).
These external research projects complement our internal research. Together we ensure that Södra as a company is growing and developing to meet the future – in line with our customers.
