Board of Directors and Group Management

Södra has a democratic owenership organisation. The annual general meeting is Södras highest decision-making body. The meeting appoints the memebers of the Board of Directors. The main role of the Board of Directors is to focus on long-term development and strategic issues affecting Södra. The Board of Directors appoints the President and members of the boards of its subsidiaries.

Group management consist of the President, business unit managers and staff managers. Group management normally meets once per month to discuss current key issues. Recurring issues on the agenda is finances, market development and personnel issues.
